Before you contact IPTV support
Many playback problems clear up in a couple of minutes. Try these checks first. If the problem stays, tell us what you tried, and our team can usually answer in one reply.
- Restart the device and the router. Unplug both for about 30 seconds, then open the app again.
- Test your connection. Run a test on Speedtest by Ookla from the same network as your TV and add the result to your message. The FCC broadband speed guide lists typical minimum speeds for HD and 4K streaming, and our guide on internet speed for IPTV explains what the numbers mean.
- Try a wired connection. If the picture buffers on Wi-Fi, connect with a cable or move the device closer to the router.
- Update the app and the device. Setup steps are in our guides for IPTV on Firestick and IPTV on a Smart TV.
- Check whether it is one channel or all of them. If a single channel stalls, send its name. If everything stops, include your order number so support can check your line.

Questions about getting in touch
The answers people ask for most before they write.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Most messages are answered the same day. Support is staffed 24/7, including nights, weekends and match days.
How can I contact IPTV support?
Three routes, all reaching the same team. The form on this page goes straight to the support inbox, support@viewsstream.com suits anything with an attachment, and WhatsApp is best for a quick question.
What information should I include in my message?
Your order number if you have already placed one, the device you watch on, what you see on the screen, and when it started. That is usually enough to answer without a second exchange.
Can I get help with device setup?
Yes. Written steps for your device come with every order, and the six and twelve month terms include a guided first time setup. The IPTV setup guide covers Smart TV, Fire TV, Android, phones, tablets and computers.
How do I ask about an order I already placed?
Put the order number in the subject line. Support can confirm the term and the screen count, and send a receipt for a term you have paid.
