Questions, answered plainly
Everything we get asked before and after an order. If your question is not here, the form below reaches a person.
Subscriptions
Every plan carries the same catalogue: live channels, sport and live events, films and series on demand, and the programme guide. Plans differ only in how long they run, how many screens can watch at once, and how far ahead the guide reaches.
Yes, up to the number of devices in your plan. A second screen beyond that limit will be refused until one of the others stops playing, so choose the plan that matches your household.
You can move to a longer term at any point. Write to support and we apply the remaining value of the current plan to the new one.
We offer a short trial on request so you can check playback on your own connection before you pay. Ask through the contact form or WhatsApp.
Payment
The checkout records card, PayPal and bank transfer as your preference. No payment gateway is connected to this site yet, so an order is a request and we confirm payment with you directly.
No. Placing an order records your details and sends you a confirmation. Nothing is taken from any card until a payment provider is connected and you approve the charge.
No. Each term is paid once and ends when it ends. We send a reminder before the last day so you can decide whether to continue.
Yes. Ask support with your order number and we send a receipt for the term you paid.
Devices
Smart televisions including recent Samsung models, Android TV boxes and sticks, phones, tablets, and computers on Windows, macOS or Linux.
No, as long as the device you own runs a compatible player. If it does not, an inexpensive Android box is the usual route and we will tell you before you buy anything.
It does. A wired connection is steadier for 4K, but wifi is fine for most viewing when the signal is strong where the television sits.
Activation
Most orders are prepared the same day. You receive an email with the details and the setup steps for the device you told us about.
Access details for your line, the recommended player for your device, and a short guide with the exact fields to fill in.
On the six and twelve month plans we walk through the setup with you. On shorter plans we send written steps and answer questions as they come up.
Streaming
Around 15 Mbps is comfortable for Full HD and around 25 Mbps for 4K on a single screen. Add roughly the same again for each extra screen watching at once.
No. 4K depends on the source, so it appears on part of the catalogue. The rest is Full HD or HD, and each card in the catalogue shows which.
Yes, on any connection that reaches the service. Some networks restrict streaming, and a VPN is the usual answer where that happens.
Troubleshooting
Restart the player, then the router. If one channel alone buffers while others hold steady, tell support which one and we look at that source.
Clear the player cache and reload the guide. It rebuilds within a few minutes on most players.
Another screen on your account is already playing. Stop it, wait about a minute, then try again.
Refunds
If the service cannot be made to work on a supported device within the first 48 hours, and support has tried with you, we refund the term in full.
Once agreed, it is returned by the same route the payment arrived, usually within a few working days depending on your bank.
Terms already largely used, and accounts shared beyond the device limit in the plan.
Refunds, in one paragraph
If the service cannot be made to work on a supported device within the first 48 hours, and support has worked through it with you, we return the payment for the term in full by the route it arrived. Terms already largely used, and accounts shared beyond the device limit, are outside that.
